Just wondering. I applied for financial aid and my school recently updated to show that I received the full Pell grant & was eligible for both subsidized & unsubsidized loans. I accepted all and completed the paperwork online for the loans. I logged in to Sallie Mae today and see that it says there is something that needs my attention regarding my loan. Any ideas what this might be? I filled everything out & signed the promissory note. It says that I must call the 888 number which I tried and they are not open today. I'm hoping to get a chance to call tomorrow. Any ideas or suggestions as to what this might be? I'm a single mother of 3 kids & I need the loan money to assist with housing while I attend school. I'm also working full-time.

Here's a quick run down. I'm 41 and a single mother of 3. Divorce from ex is not yet final however we have been separated for 3 years and divorce is and has been in the process for a while. I've decided that I would like to return to college to pursue a degree in teaching and will need financial aid to do it in a timely manor. I've applied to the local community college to get started and am waiting on them to get back to me. In the meantime I was thinking about filling out the financial aid paperwork to see what they say. I filed my 2008 taxes as head of household with 2 of my kids included. My question is since the divorce is not final will my soon-to-be ex-husbands income need to be included or can I use just mine? I know if I use just mine I will qualify for aid but if I have to include his then chances are not good. Any help is appreciated.

i try to play on xbox live and when i try to get on live for a game it will either come up "this profile is not allowed to play xbox live" or something about how you can't access it with a limitation. does anyone know how i can fix this. it was set up as a childs account by accident. i've went in to the settings and put it so everythings allowed. and i also am not able to download M rated demos. can someone please help me

This is probably a dumb question but hopefully someone will know. My neice got a PSP for Christmas with several games and movies. Instead of reading the directions or asking, she told her dad that the plastic "case" or whatever you call it that houses the game/movie needed to be removed in order to play. Well, obviously in doing so they don't work. Is there anyway to replace the plastic "case" or will they now have to replace the movies and games they removed them from?

When my friend and I are on Yahoo messenger using web cams everything starts out fine. Lately we have been having trouble with seeing double. By this I mean that when I am viewing his webcam all of a sudden I will see myself in his webcam window instead of him. He is having the same problem. I have only had it happen a couple of times but he is having it happen alot. I have run scans on my computer and everything is fine. He is checking his computer as well. I have had this happen 1 time before several months ago but then all was fine for a while. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I received an IM from someone that I don't know. I'm not sure how they found me but, my question is, is there a way for me to find them and/or IM them? I tried searching Yahoo but the name used is obviously not his/her real name so I'm at a loss. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

I'm new to the IM & webcam technology. My childrens father is moving out of state and wants to setup a webcam so that he will be able to see them since he will be quite far away and not able to get back but once or twice a year. We are looking at Creative's webcam live ultra but not knowing anything about them want to make sure that is a good one.

Also what type of software is needed in order to be able to use it so that they can talk to or IM him while they see him on the computer?

Dell sells the camera along with software but is that all that is needed? Sorry if these questions sound dumb but I really don't know anything about webcams & how they work.
