do you think its ok to work out three weeks after having a baby?
i had my son three weeks ago i started workin out 2 days ago because i felt ready i wasn't bleeding anymore (tmi sorry) and i felt good and still do. but today when i got home i was spoting a little. i dont know if im over doing it. i know your pose to wait six weeks but grr!! whats your thoughts?

ok i know this is TMI ladies but i have to ask. I woke up at midnight last night with the worst cramps when i got out of bed i thought my baby was gonna fall out!! went to the bathroom only to have diarrhea yuck! it was the worst. does this mean im about to go into labor or do you think its a myth? im so over being pregnant its not even funny! 4'11 feet tall and huge!. i don't even like to go anywhere anymore because people like to make you aware of how big you are and ask if you are caring twins.. lol so depressing i just wanna meet my son :)

im 36 weeks pregnant and having pains in my pelvis area .. also contractions that come and go. ive lost parts of my "mucus plug" and and just really uncomfortable. any thoughts?
