I have read an advert on the internet about this slimming diet where you eat more often, but follow different eating plans every day. The idea is that you confuse your metabolism so that it will burn up more fat and so reduce your body weight.

Naturally, there is a charge for the information and I am not in a position to be able to waste money on a con.

I am asking in the hope that you may have used this system and can offer me some advice on whether to buy it or not.

I am diabetic and I wonder if it is suitable for people with diabetes.

My wife and I are setting up a new business and we need a name that will help to attract new customers.

We shall be selling handmade clothing for dolls, as well as headbands, bracelets and footwear.

We shall also be selling jewellery "findings" for people who want to make jewellery for themselves, their children and their dolls.

"Findings", for those who don't already know, are beads, charms, spacers and fastenings or anything else you might use to make jewellery.

I run a small internet trading business, taking orders, placing the orders with suppliers who deliver the goods directly to my customers.

I need a program to produce a Purchase Order to email to my supplier and an Order Confirmation/Sales Invoice to email to my customer, At present I have to input Name, Address, Delivery Address, Order Number, Product, Quantity and Price onto the Sales ionvoice and then input most of that info again for the Purchase Order.

I am looking for a Program/System which will save me from having to input everything twice. It would save me an awful lot of time.

Naturally enough, I don't want to spend too much money on it or, what little profit I make, will be eaten up.

Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

I have a 12 month contract for my mobile phone with Mobile Shop and I can reclaim 3 months line rental on 4 occasions during the year. In theory, this means that, if I keep my calls and texts under the allotted "free" amounts, I can have a year's phone usage completely free of charge.

This is excellent in theory, but they are not keeping to their part of the bargain and the Cash Back is not being paid. I have threatened to take them to the Small Claims Court but they are not budging yet. Has anyone been successful in persuading them to pay up?

I had some leftover cabbage from Sunday lunch. I boiled some potato & chopped onion, strained them & added the cabbage, then I mashed it all together. About an hour later I warmed a very small amount of cooking oil in a large frying pan, added the mash & kept it on a high heat, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes. A lot of steam came out of it and the mixture became dryer and dryer. The frying pan became more and more burned and the house smelled of burning (still does) but the bubble and squeak never even coloured. I seem to remember that, when my Mom cooked it, there were little brown crispy bits in it.

Any suggestions?

Better still, any offers to cook me the real thing?

I have been with Yahoo Answers for the past 11 days and I was quite enjoying it. However, on Monday, I received an e-mail from Yahoo Answers accusing me of breaking the rules by attempting to encourage chat. This accusation was completely unfounded and, even after checking the offending answer, I had no idea of how they could have arrived at this conclusion. Of course I responded, asking for an explanation or an apology, and as you might expect I am still waiting for an answer.

I am now looking at this site from a completely new perspective and have come to the conclusion that, apart from a very few genuine questioners and answerers the majority of the subscribers are either immature, racist, immoral or all three. I think I've just answered my own question. Please don't bother to respond.

I have tried a curry,chile,a salad etc. Do you know of something a bit different?
