with the CMA awards looming is there anyone who you feel has been overlooked year after year for entry into The Country Music Hall Of Fame, please, no Taylor's or Carrie's, in this case the old rule applies where the artists have to be at the top of their game for at least 25 years

I would like to go to Cape Cod in September, summer season will have ended, and I know it's too early for the fall in New England, but will places be open like outdoor pools, places to eat etc, I plan on a few days in Boston, a week in Providence, a week in Falmouth and a week touring the Connecticut coast ending up in JFK, as we could be going into october at this time will the weather still be warm? any information would be welcome, thanks in advance
