Recently my company has come up with a new plan for us to not only be sales people at the home location, but also be a traveling sales person. My problem is, that they expect us to use our own vehicle. The travel is not excessive of 5 miles per day, but I was not hired to be a traveling sales person. Furthermore, I do not feel that I should have to use my own vehicle. They pay us .55 cents a mile but I don't feel that cost is equivalent to the wear and tear + gas for my vehicle. Could someone tell me what my rights are?

I was on prednisone for about 5 weeks for an allergic rash. I have been off of the drug for about 3 days and today I am an emotional wreck! I cried because I couldn't find a shirt and I have been very emotional and I am very easily upset! I am not normally like this. I have also noticed my energy level has gone WAY down and I am very un motivated. Has anyone else had to deal with this? What can I do to remedy this feeling?

I got a tattoo on the inside of my calf 2 days ago. I notice that the swelling has increased around my ankle about 3 inches away from the tattoo. the tattoo itself is not swollen... especially after working all day sitting and standing. The pain is decreasing though but I can leave a finger imprint on the ankle that's swollen... Weird??. Is this normal??
