Workers comp case return me to work before injury is healed?

workers comp case is goin on 9 weeks doctor that i chose refuses to bill wc insurance. therapy wc chose is working to heal my arm. my arm is not done healing, maybe at about 60% better now. doctor has attitude & did not even check my arm 3 weeks ago told me he didn't want me to become a statistic i should go back to work & do therapy at home. then wc nurse who was there questioned this so he said ok come back in three weeks after work conditioning therapy & go back to work so you can reinjure the arm & i can do surgery. my boss said repeatedly there is no light duty you must be at 100% or you can not come back. the wc case worker is not returning my calls since i have requested they find me a new doctor, since they found good therapy people its been 5 weeks since i talked to him. i have been leaving him msgs every 2 days. i want my arm fixed, i dont want to reinjure it worse due to extreme heavy lifting. i dont know what to do.

also i did already talk to a lawyer no help there his only concern was that i was recieving the 75% of my pay he didn't care about what the doctor said.

any advice would help i'm due to go back to doc tomoro while i still have 3 therapy sessions this week the theray ppl also recommend it is too soon to return that the arm is not done healing (torn forearm muscles)

i do a yahoo search on something the results show i click on one & instead of going to that website it goes somewhere completely different or another search engine seems like a virus but my virus scan keeps sayin no virus detected

started out black & blue

sat- color remover & blonde treatment = seafoam green & reddish

sun- bleach w 40 oreor = yellow blonde & stawberry blonde

wed- bleach w clairol born blonde bleach kit= lighter blonde & light stawberry blonde

fri- blue toner w 20 developer= white blonde near roots about 2 inches and some white blonde throughout w very, very light stawberry

we have been using lots of conditioning treatments everyday treseme hair recovery, cholestrol, beyond the zone hair masque, leave in conditioner

i had black and blue i used color remover to get that out then used a blonde semi permanant and now i have a pale blue and strawberry blonde can i put another blonde treatment over this to get it white blonde?

a week and a half ago my cat got a baby bird (didn't hurt it) we rescued it & have been feeding it wet puppy chow on a chop stick and water drops it has grown and just started to fly next week at 4 weeks old it should start feeding itself is there anything besides bugs i can feed it?

Took me a little time to figure it out. Just hoping to save other people from them. Don't use them for a loan or home business!!! My lesson learned.

when friends send Fwd: emails the pictures don't show up or sometimes just one or two out of 10 will only show up. If I forward it to someone else then I can see the pics in the msg box I"m sending. Is there a setting somewhere to fix this?

I died it yesaterday medium dark brown permenant revlon. I already washed it 3 times and it is still like brown black. i'm thinking redye it friday. a light medium brown then maybe i'll get the right color brown. or are there any other ideas how to lighten it.
