(I am going to buy a ATI HD Radeon 7970, But I am confused about the variants. I am looking for the one which will give the best overclocking room and best cooling system)

There must surely be a way of finding out what other people , who are using my wifi are looking on or surfing the internet for. I can install a third party software if needed. I need that coz I am keeping tenants at my place and they take all my bandwidth. I cant play any online games with my friends. It lags a lot. I am using 10 MBps connection.

I have protected my network with a password. And I charge every month from all the tenants.

I charge them for using the internet for normal needs. NOT FOR DOWNLOADING TORRENTS / VIDEO CALLING LIKE ANIMALS ALL DAY LONG. Its really irritating.

Also I am have the main wireless router installed in my room and it is wired to my PC.

I was using 650 watt PSU for my PC but it has been over 4 years now. it failed.

Now I am gonna get 850 watt PSU coz I made upgrades to my machine in the last couple of months.

WILL MY 1KVA UPS last for atleast 10 mins with a 850 watt PSU on full load?

I am running an i7 3930k 4.0 GHz CPU with Intel DX79TO extreme with 16 gigs of RAM + 2X 1GB DDR5 ATI HD 4870. I am using Water cooling (has 2 fans + radiator) only for my CPU, all the rest on other 3 fans + 2 fans on each graphic card.

I was using a Cooler Master 650W power supply worth 5000 Indian rupees till now but it failed after around 2 years now, which I think is not enough time for the amount of money I spent.

Please help me with the BRAND and the amount of WATTS I should go for.
