I am making these for Christmas. I spray painted a bunch of them and when I tried punching holes in one of them, the paint cracked....I thought it would be a good idea to spray paint them first. Oops...any ideas?

Am going to be turning 29 next month, just thought I might get my first and only tattoo on my birthday for my one last crazy "got it in my 20s" thing. I know what I want, and it's really not that big or anywhere that people would really see it.

I'm looking for websites that I can join to help make a difference in the world. I don't know if they are out there, I'm not looking to donate money, I do that with enough charities. I don't want to "subscribe" to anything, just didn't know if there was a website like that. I'm on the computer enough, so I thought that maybe if I had some time, I could put my energy towards that.

When i was trying to lose weight in the past, I was eating a lot more soy products. They worked out great with my healthier eating lifestyle and exercise routines, but I have heard that soy products aren't that great for you in the long run. Is that true?

So, I don't need to lose a lot of weight, just about 10 pounds.

I work out 3-4 times a week, and lately I've been adding on more time.

I eat healthy, lots of salads at lunch and fruits for breakfast.

Drink lots of water too.

I've been working really hard and just not seeing the results I want to see...and it's been about a year really working hard at this.

I asked my doctor other ways to lose more, but she doesn't think I need to lose anymore, but she's not in my body. I'm not super skinny by any means, but I'm not fat by any means either.

Didn't know if there were any other suggestions. I don't want to use diet pills, for obvious reasons.

I check my temp. in the morning and I am normally at about 97.3 degrees. My stomach all throughout the day is cold to the touch. I have had my thyroid tested and it came back as normal. Didn't know if anyone knew of some reasons why I would have this?
