I was thinking that there was tons of stuff that used to be acceptable during the eighties that would never fly today. In the movie "Labyrinth" David Bowie steals a baby in the middle of the night, and dances with it in skin tight pants. Gross! Beetlejuice makes a deal to marry a fifteen y.o girl even though he's middle aged, and dead. Even grosser! And Pee Wee had his own children's show. Need I say more. What are some really messed up shows and movies you remember from the 80's that would be banned nowadays for being "weird"?

I saw a music video about seven years ago on BPM (a television show showcasing techno/dance muisic videos). The chorus went like, "Whaaat am iiiiii gonna do? What am I gonna do?". The video shows these two cartoon guys driving around town, trying to find a store that's open, so they can get some batteries for the remote. Every store in town is closed, and there's some cartoon dude spinning records on the beach with huge speakers. No one is in the entire town except the two dudes. Then they get to the mall, and find that everybody in the town is at the mall, and they can't find a parking space. Please I really hope someone can help me find this song. it has a slow beat like hip hop, but it's more electronic sounding like techno.

I'm from Denver, CO. and a gym just opened up that speciallizes in making overweight people feel bad about being large. Personally the commercials crack me up, but there are plenty people here that hate them (mostly other overweight people). There is even a group called the Colorado Over Weight Society, or COWS for short, that have staged protests. The gym trainers throw food at fat people on the treadmills, and reward thin people with a private area with saunas and hot tubs. What do you think of these commercials? Do they make you wanna throw cupcakes at chubbies, or do they make you wanna eat sympathy food?

My friend and I have been trying to remember the name of this cartoon from the eighties. There were these little fuzzy creatures, and they were from another dimension. They were always trying to find the door back to their own dimension, but things never worked out right. It came on in the eighties, and I think it might be a show, but we both remember seeing in on Disney, and it was like an hour or so long. Was it a cartoon movie, or I'm thinking it might have been the pilot episode or something. Please help cause I'll drive myself crazy if I don't find it out.

My friend was telling me about a crazy evil count from France or England, that supposedly all the US Presidents are decsended from. He also had a big castle that people today say smells like horrible death and rotten flesh. Accoring to him no one can spend even an few hours inside without getting violently sick. Is this true? And if it is true, what castle is it and who was the evil lord? I'd like to look up more on wikipedia, but currently have no direction. Please help.

I mean he drives around in a Popemobile, and hangs around with Alterboy. Does he fight crime or hunt evil demons or what? If he is a superhero then what are his superpowers? Can he fly or is he just super pius? Popeman to the rescue!
