My 3 month old baby girl will not take a bottle. She is nursed 95% of the time and has taken a bottle before but now she screams if me, my husband or anyone tries to give her one. She did fine with the bottle until this week but now she refuses. I don't like her crying so I end up nursing her. We are not fans of crying it out.

I need her to be able to take a bottle because my husband and I are going to a concert out of town for one night (in 6 weeks). We've tried Avent, My Breast Friend, Evenflo, Nuk and Medela bottles. My husband and I tried holding her close to my breast with the bottle, holding her in the nursing position, etc.

Any suggestions?

I have a 3 month old who loves standing up. Her legs are already bowed (which is normal) but will that cause them to stay bowed?

I don't have a receipt and I don't even know if they were purchased at Walmart. They are size 1 pampers baby dry and I need size 2 now.

Has anyone tried to return diapers to walmart, target or babies r us?

I saw this in a magazine and thought it was funny.

3.) When he's sleeping a longer stretch than ever before and your wide awake, positive there's something wrong.

4.) When your worried that you're not his current favorite person and you hand him off to the suspected current favorite person.

My baby girl is 3 weeks old. I have been strictly breastfeeding... except for tonight. I gave her 2 ounces of Similac about 2.5 hrs ago. She has thrown up all of it... and the last bit was yellowish. Part of me thinks it's just the formula making her sick... but then part of me wonders if she might have an infection. She's been sleeping a lot today... no fever though. Why is some of it yellow? Should I call the doctor?

Did pregnancy improve your relationship or make it worse? How about after the birth?

I'm only asking because it seems like my husband and I are not as close. I am 38 weeks pregnant with our first child... I'm not moody, our sex life is great, nothing has really changed except my body (which he likes). We are both excited about the upcoming arrival. I think either I'm emotional and kind of blowing this out of proportion or he is feeling the stress of being a father and the sole provider and is pulling away from me.

How did pregnancy affect your relationship with your spouse?

My husband just started a new job. When filling out the tax papers, he claimed 6 tax exemptions.

- one for himself

- one for me

- one because I don't work

- one for our baby

and I'm not sure what the other 2 were for. He got his first weekly paycheck and only $1 came out for federal. Could we end up owing money at tax time next year? Can he go back and change the number of exemptions? Should he?

I'm due in 3 weeks (yay!) and want to make sure I have everything we will need. We want the baby to stay in the room with us and I plan on breastfeeding.

For me:

- 1 nursing gown w/robe and nursing bra

- 1 set of pajamas

- 1 going home outfit (comfy yoga pants & nursing tank top)

- 2 pairs of underwear

- 2 pairs of socks

- 4 sanitary pads and 4 breast pads

- 1 tube of Lansinoh breast cream

- all toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, etc.)

- 2 copies of my birth plan

- 4 prenatal vitamins (since I'm breastfeeding)

For Baby:

- 1 going home outfit (dress w/ undies & socks)

- 1 blanket

- 2 diapers, wipes, baby powder, baby oil

Should I bring my breast pump and boppy pillow?

Is there anything I should pack for my husband?

Am I forgetting anything?

Did anyone else get hemmorhoids while pregnant? Is there anything that will make them go away?

I told my mom that my husband and I want it to be just us during labor and delivery. She said it was selfish of me to not let her be there and I'm robbing her of a special moment. I feel like I should get to experience birth how I want too - in a private, intimate setting with just my husband and the medical staff. Am I right or wrong? Should I sacrifice my desires for hers?

My older brother is 24 and his girlfriend is 21. They have been together for almost 2 years now (and they live together) but have known each other for 10 years (his girlfriend was my best friend through middle & high school). This past year, she has changed so much. She treats my brother horribly - calls him names, talks behind his back to HIS friends, etc. Well recently, she told a mutual friend that she went to see her ex-boyfriend. He now calls her all the time (she changed her number when her and my bro started dating so I don't know how her ex got her number). A mutual friend also said her car has been spotted at her ex's house... I honestly think she is cheating on my brother. I want to tell him what I think but I don't want to hurt him, make him mad at me or cause drama. What do you think I should do?

I am 31 weeks pregnant with my first child. My husband and I have decided we don't want to get pregnant again for atleast 2 years. I get pregnant very easily it seems. Is it okay to take birth control pills while breastfeeding?
