  • How to change time zone in Yahoo Mail?

I used to be able to change the time zone, and there is a preference link in the account info that states "time zone" but it's not changeable... so how to change it so my emails come in when it says... now they are two hours ahead of where I am. :(

And why is it so hard to get ahold of anyone at Yahoo to address this and why does Yahoo use other sites like FB & Twitter to help people about their site but not their own site but instead sends us to Yahoo Answer to let random people answer the questions about their stuff?

  • My Safari Browser has started freezing when trying to type or copy/paste URL in address bar?

Since yesterday for no apparent reason my Safari browzer has started seizing up whenever I try to type in the address bar it instantly goes to the never-ending spinning beachball.

I've had to force-quit and restart only to have it freeze up again (thank goodness for the restore windows from last session feature -- LOVE that) as soon as I click in on the address bar for any reason.

Before yesterday this was not a problem.

Not sure what to do, who to contact, etc. I did try to go to the Mac site but it is overwhelming.

I did make sure all updates were done but it is still happening and still very annoying.

Safari has been great before this glitch from out of nowhere and I prefer it to every other browser.

Any ideas of what to do are appreciated. :)

  • What are your Vegan coping strategies?

I'm interested in your tips for how you deal with traveling (by plane, train, auto, etc), family meals, holidays, business trips, how to deal with an office lunch or captive meeting where nothing but meat-based food is served, etc.

If you have children how do you help them cope with their friends, school, parties, and just everyday life.
