I was informed by a phone call that someone else’s bank account was linked to my car payment account. No i did not commit fraud i have no idea how it happened or how it got linked together i have no access to this person or their information. Now I’m being told the bank is prosecuting me? The bank got their money back and the other party got their money back what should I do or since they both got their money back do you think it will be settled it was 350.00 charged to the bank account. Like i said i have no access to this persons information
