im 19 years old and i work as a cook in a kitchen. I have a horrible schedule, it changes every week. i always get scheduled to work on the weekends and i really want my weekend off. my station is the hardest station to work at, and im sick and tired of working there. My boss is somewhat reasonable, but i dont think he'll give me what i want which is a better schedule. i know ill never find out until i ask him, but i feel like i know what hes going to say already. I also dont want to use family as an excuse to have my weekends off, but ive come to the point where i feel like i need to. PLEASE help me out! i need your advice and tips. im tired of having headaches....

Im looking to purchase a camera ranging from $400.00-$600.00, that has all the major specs needed to shoot great quality pics and videos. One with good stability, that has a good reputation and gets the job done, whether by a pro or rookie.

Ive been having major problems committing to weight training. i cant remember the last time i picked up a weight. I couldnt find a proper workout program so i got tired of improvising. Also, To build mass u have to constantly eat nutritious food but the costs add up and it gets pricey. Any advice?

I'm 19 and I have long hair I've been growing for some time now. It's mostly in a bun when I'm not sleeping so there is a little pressure on my head. But truthfully I lose SO much hair when I take a shower. It just keeps coming out as I softly pull it.
