In other words, if you get pregnant while on birth control, will you still get the universal sign of a missed period to tell you that your pregnant, or will continuing to take birth control force your period to appear every month.

If you get pregnant unknowingly while on birthcontrol, and you continue to take it, will you still miss your period, or will the birth control pills force you to have a period?

I lost my virginity at the end of April, and ever since then i've convinced myself that i'm pregnant. However i took almost every precaution to not let that happen. We used a Condom, i take birth control, and i took a plan b pill just incase the condom broke. But i do take a antibiotic (Doxycyline Hyclate) that could interfere with the birth control.

Lately i've been feeling really tired, and have been having some nausea. I also feel as though i've gained some weight, even though people keep telling me that i look like ive lost some weight. I'm really scared that i could be pregnant because of all these symptoms, but i also feel like its not even possible after taking that many precautions. Do you guys think i could be pregnant, or am i just stessing out about nothing?

A little over a month ago i had sex for the first time. It was protected and i take birth control everyday. I even took Plan B the next day just in case. Since then ive had 2 pretty normal periods. However ive been feeling all these symptoms that correlate with pregnancy symptoms (nausea mostly). Could i be pregnant, or could it just be symptoms of stress?
