I was very young and I don't remember much of the movie except=

There was this black guy who painted his face and body to look like an italian.

And the Italian Mob was confinced that he wasn't a black dude. (or something like that)

The MOB sent him out to kill someone and he says "I made sandwiches out of him"

This past Saturday (6/9/12), I donated lots of items that were all next to new condition to our local neighborhood thrift store, as my Family and I recently done a little "After Spring Cleaning" to start off our Summer fresh.

They provided me with their Tax ID# in which they told me to use when I claim these donated items on my taxes.

How much will I get for my claim of my items I donated? Is there an amount limit that I need to reach in order to be eligible to claim? Do I have to be a home owner in order to claim items I've donated?

I just got an issue of OK! Magazine.

This issue in particular has a photo of "Happy Family" Mario Lopez, girl friend Courtney and new Daughter Gia.

It looked like to me that Gia has "down syndrome" due to every photo that was taken.

I have some of my belongings at a friends house in Texas (I used to live out there but moved back and couldn't travel bringing all my things with me) She is telling me that she is giving me until the 28th of March to take all my things out of her house because she is moving out and will not be able to take my things with her that I have left behind. Now, I have about 3 big boxes that I need to be hauled back to me. I live in the Inland Empire Moreno Valley, California. Do you know if any place other than "UHAUL" that can help me? I called the "UHAUL" but they are charging me $1000 to bring my stuff down to deliver to me. I don't have a lot of money to do that. What do you suggest?

I have a 5yr old daughter. She's in school but she will not socialize with any of her mates. She will be turning 6 in April. Is this normal behavior? Her father and I try to play with her.. She smiles and laughes for a while but then when she is alone again. Shes sad.. Is she depressed? I was thinking about getting her an Emotional Support Animal but our apartment will not allow it. What can I do? Her doctor says that she is not sick and that she is fine. But I don't feel that this is "fine" behavior. She is our only child, and she will constantly tell us that she wants a little sister. I am working and have no one to help me out. Her dad also works all day and pulls double shift. Do you think she feels this way because she needs a sibling? Or can we just get her an Emotional Support Puppy small breed? I am running out of ideas ....

My sister would like to change my Nephews last name to her last name.

My Sister wants to File for Child Support

When I found out that my sister (Jess) was pregnant, I must admit that I was upset with her. For the simple fact that this guy (Fil) she got pregnant with was a real jerk and they were both financially unstable. She lived with him at the time she got pregnant (he still lives at home with his mom in a garage converted into a bedroom) and we accepted him because we had no choice she liked him.

During her pregnancy, he would make her do everything. Cook, clean, Move the furniture and refrigerator around. When we had birthdays or occasions, he would tell her to tell us that they already had plans. But yet when I called her, she was crying telling me that she was bored and doing nothing at home and that he is keeping her from us because he didn't like us.

For Fathers day she convinced him to let her come over to my house so that we can celebrate this together. He agreed but she got down from the car with my nephew she was (still in pain because she had the baby 3weeks ago from this point) and he just sat in the car waiting for her to come back so that they could leave. I asked Jess what was wrong with Fil and why doesn't he want to hang out because we are all trying to get along. She said that he doesn't like us and I told her that it still wasn't an excuse for him to treat her the way that he does.

I told her that his nasty attitude is starting to piss me off and since she is my only sister, I am not willing to just sit around doing nothing while my little sister is being treated like dirt. I was going to walk out side when my Fiance' saw how upset I was, he told me to stay in the house and went out side to confront him. He told me that he wanted to speak with him man to man and understand what his problem was..

My sister kept telling my Fiance' Erock not to do it but he went out side to talk to him anyway. When Erock walked up to the car he said "What is your problem?" "Why are you doing this to our sister and why are you putting her thru so much pain?" Fil got down from the car willing to fight Erock and Erock simply told him that he didn't go outside to fight but to understand what his problem was. Fil just stood there saying "what do you want to do about it? Here I am lets fight.." Jess ran outside and said no! She pulled Fil back inside the car and he told her to get her things because she wasn't coming back.

2days pass and we find out that Fil is moving Jess and the baby to Texas. He said that we are always getting in his business and since they are moving to another state, there wasn't anything that we could do about it. She told me for mothers day, he got up bright and early and left. She thought that he got ready to take her some where or to bring her a gift. She said he was gone all day and didn't return until midnight on Mother's day. She told me that she stayed up crying the whole night thru because he left her.

She told him that she needed some money to buy some things that the baby needed and he refused to give her anything. She had to call me to send her money for diapers for the baby and misc things that she needed for herself. She told him that she was tired of him treating her this way and told him that she was leaving him. He told her to go ahead and for her to figure a way for herself to get "back home" (to my moms house) he refused to help her.

My mom and I sent her some money to take a plane back to California. She got back and she told him that she is going to send him to Child Support because during pregnancy and during the baby's time born, he didn't give her a dime for the baby. My mom and I were helping her the whole way thru. He told her that she better not or else he is going to fight her for Child Custody. Since Fil said this to Jess, she has decided not to go thru with the Child Support because she doesn't want Fil in any part of the baby's life. (Please keep in mind that Fil's family have a history of violence and drug abuse. He moved back home with his mom which is also housing his two sisters who are also drug users..)

Jess doesn't want this kind of life for Chris so she doesn't want Fil in his life.

Fil has no money and no job. He tells her that either way he will win and there is nothing she can do about it. So at this point, she is really scared. She wants no part of Fil but at the same time needs Child Support. He has not made any attempt to buy Chris anything or even trying to contact Jess to find out if she needs some thing for Chris.

My Question -

What will happen if they are sent to court?

Should Jess still file for Child Support?

By doing so, does this mean that Fil has a right to see or visit Chris?

Is there a possible way that Jess can just get full custody and also get Child Support?

Please give me your input.

My friend (Vivi) has filed for Child Support.

She is still in contact with the baby's father (Jake). They get along well and although they live separate (she moved back in with her mom), they still attend Sunday Mass together. At one point they were engaged to be Married, but things didn't turn out. They aren't dating, just friends for the sake of the child (Bryan) having both parents in his life.

Vivi tells me that she asks Jake for things for Bryan (he is 3yrs old) and he responds to her "if my son needs anything, I will get it for him" She tells me that she is not working full days or hours so she doesn't have much money. She tells him that she needs diapers and wipes and some food for the baby along with other things, so if he could give her some money to get it for him. He tells her "Don't you work? Don't you have money? I am not going to give you anything, I will get it if he needs it"

Then she tells me that once in a blue moon he will get things for their son but not all the time. She told him that she was going to file for child support because he isn't really "supporting" he told her "do what you gotta do"

She filed for Child Support in August 2009. With the information she gave the court and what she is requesting from the childs father, she was told that she was to receive $600.00 every month starting September 2009. We are now in October and she still has not received a dime from him. She called the court and they told her that he denied the amount and that they both now have to appear in court.

She confronts him and asks him why he had denied the amount for Child Support when he was the one who told her "do what you gotta do." He told her "That is too much money, how do I know that you aren't asking for that much money just to buy yourself things instead of for my son? No, I am not paying you $600.00 because I am pratically the only person buying him things all the time. I haven't seen you buy him anything"

He tells her that he is going to fight this in court. He said that he is going to save all the reciepts of things that he has bought his son and show the court that he "has been supporting" him and has proof. Not in form of actual money, but in misc. things that he has bought Bryan through out..

His friends and family members are calling her "Shady" and that they cannot believe that she is putting him thru this. They say that they are all going to save the receipts of everything they have also bought for Bryan and go with Jake to court to fight this. They want to tell the Judge that Jake shouldn't pay Vivi anything due to everything Jake has bought for Bryan and is still buying for him. And due to everything they have bought for Bryan.

They have a court set date to December 4, 2009. Jake will be taking his friends and family members. She is only taking her mom and her brother. (Should she take more people with her in her defense?)

My question is =

What do you think will happen in court?

Is it necessary for Jake to have his friends and family there?

Will the Judge "rule in favor" of Vivi or Jake?

Are the thigs that Jake has bought considered as gifts inslead of "Child Support"?
