    How do I file a Form 1098-E with my other tax forms? Can I still use the 1040-EZ? Or do I need another form? I have never had this before.

  • Can an ex wife give me letters and items if she is the one who initiated a protective order?

    Looking for input for the State of Utah. I had caught my wife having an affair with another man, one that was half my age. Plus I also found out that she was allowing her then 14 year old daughter to date a 22 year old man. I confronted her on both of these things, and of course she denied them. She said something to where I had gotten very angry up at her and lost my temper (but there was no violence or physical/property harm). Shortly after, she had filed for a protective order (because I was "interfering" with her new-found love) and divorce. Even though she had filed the protective order on me, she continues to either come to my work place, or give me letters and other items. She had even drove up to my house which is on a dead-end road in the country! Doesn't the protective order go BOTH ways? Or can she do what ever that she wants and that there is nothing that I can do about it?
