What can I do to drop time in my 50 free?
As of right now I got a 30.92 long course meters in my 50 free. I want to go a 29.39 to a senior regional cut. I been using a oldish jammer. I just got a tech suit but have not used it yet. Can that help me? Any workouts, tips, stretches I can do?
