i just bought a 3 year old mare i helped train for for the past year and a bit. She's an amazing solid buckskin paint! i love her so much but i don't care for her name which is Lilly. It's too girl-y and flowery! i like a little more masculine name that matches her tough energetic spirit! any ideas would be cool! i'm soo tired of searching names online! no rude comments please!

I was just looking through horse tack and training equipment and stumbled upon action chains. i've now seen them on numerous sites and nobody says what they do. To be honest, they look kind of cruel but i don't want to label until i know what they actually are. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

OK so there's this country song i want to listen to but i can't remember what it's called and possibly not even who sang it! I think it's Sara Evans but now I'm not sure. It's a music video with a female singer standing and it's dark with all these mini chandeliers everywhere and then there in the city crossing a really busy street and it shows you all the thoughts the people are having and it's like what they want. like a lil girl want to be the president and one girl want the guy near her. and your probably have no idea what I'm talking about but if you have an idea please tell me!! It's not a recent song as in like the past year but it's not ancient either!

I have been looking into getting all the proper equipment for barrel racing and just for daily use and i found a couple i really like. However i was wondering if only a single ear pull over bridle would work or if i should be using a full band tie up one.

With just the one ear slip over am i going to have enough control and pull or will i be better going for the full band?

I recently got a new horse and he is a quarter horse/appaloosa and his mane is really pathetic! I know that Appaloosas have bad mane and tail growth but i know it's not impossible to fix it! It's just harder. I was talking to the lady i ride with and she said there was something you can get from most vets offices and some stores and it smells really bad, kinda like coyote urine, but she said it works! I went to my local vets office and they've never heard of it! I was wondering if anyone could help me just in case next time i talk to that lady she doesn't remember what it's called!

Or do you know of something that works really well??

I just got my first horse yesterday, well I'm leasing him, and he has a nice tail but virtually no mane! He would be a stunning horse if only i could get a nice thick mane on him! I have been seriously considering getting that book from Beth Moore. It seems to be very good but i was just wondering if i could get a second opinion before going out and buying it!

Please only reply if you've actually used the book and have giving it time to prove itself!

I have a 30 gallon fresh water tank, with 6 cardinal tetras, 1 pleco, 3 other tetras (I'm not sure of there name), a sucker fish shark (not sure of what it is either, sorry), and an angel fish.

I haven't added any new fish lately and everything has been going fine but this morning my 1 cardinal is dying and it's very obvious! He always looked different from the others, he had no white stomach on the bottom and looked flat on the bottom but i always figured he was maybe a different gender from the rest. Well now he's extremely tiny and thin and he is laying on the bottom looking like he's almost hiccuping and he just looks terrible!

I really hope it's not contagious!!! Please help!!!! If you need more info just ask!! Oh and it's not ick i already looked for spot and he has absolutely none!!

My family and i are going to the states in a couple weeks and we were hoping to take my friend along. The only problem is that:

She doesn't have a birth certificate! She never got one as a child and there for she doesn't even have a copy of one!

She's 15 and i was wondering if there is anything else that can replace the birth certificate??

I want to get my belly button pierced but i was just wondering if it is true that your stomach can burst during pregnancy? My friend said that your stomach can split open, rarely but possible. Is that true??
