I've been cutting for 2 months now on a calorie deficit diet, consuming less then 1800 calories per a day and i have shed a lot of fat and I'm able to see a 4 pack but there is fat on my lower abs, hips and lower back that is not going away. I am a 17 year old male and weight 184 atm and I'm on creatine right now which i was wondering if that could be the cause. Should i stop taking creatine or is their a different way to lose that last bit of fat?

I have a modded xbox and I wanted to play mw3 online(I don't care if I get banned) but I have to download the new dashboard update. Will my xbox 360 still play burned games after I update it?

I need help on fixing my tan because I wear a hat and usually backwards which caused a tan on my forehead.

I'm 6'3 and weigh 175(BMI 14%) at 14 years old and i do sets of 100 crunches 3-6 times a day. I'm also on a diet and I can see the outline of my six pack. I was wondering how much longer until i get a six pack?

I need help to find out about a anime i used to watch when i was small.There used to be a anime that came on ytv that had people using diamonds or crystal for power and when they had the diamonds or crystals they got some kind of armor which has powers. I remember the main character having a red diamond or crystal and like always the bad guy having a black one but there were lots of other different colored diamonds or crystal that gave the main character's friends have powers too.
