i know this maybe a silly question but i'm a first time mom, but can plastic baby bottle sterilize by boiling it in boiling water ? won't it melt ? and how long it should be in the water? my mom convince me that the best way to sterilize it , is by boiling it ,that way the germ will definitely die.

I'm looking a stroller for my newborn baby boy, but seems so many stroller in the market that make us very confused (we are first time parents).

Our requirement are : sturdy & durable, lightweight, easy to fold, can be used from new born till 3 years old. What do you suggest??

Second question : is it a stroller with bassinet for newborn is a must or just use fully recline stroller is enough??

Third question : these are some stroller that we already saw : quinny buzz, bugaboo cameleon, maclaren quest, maclaren xlr, maclaren xt, baby jogger city mini. If you already have them, can you give us some opinion about them, what do you think, are they good or not ?

i'm 7 week pregnant now and have a bad morning sickness but the one that i can't stand is the bloating and the heart burn sometimes it so painful that i can't go to sleep. i'm so stress about right now since i want the pain to go away while i can't drink any stomach acid medicine. is there any treatment that okay for me to consume right now that help to relief this burning pain ?

i'm 5 weeks pregnant now, and so happy about it. i'm craving about sushi lately , but since i can't eat them while i'm pregnant is out of the question now. though weird enough this few days i'm really want to eat some veggies which is weird since i'm a big meat eater. also i have been craving eating gherkins with cream cheese hehehe strange haa?? i know everybody have different cravings , so what is your craving ?

i just found out yesterday i'm pregnant , even before i found out i already want to eat sushi, and now i want it even more. can i eat some sushi? i know some people say you can't eat raw meat while you are pregnant is true? can i just eat it once or twice =^ ^= ???

i'm about 5 days late, my last month period is 26 dec. i don't feel pregnant and when i do the test i din' t think it will come out two lines since my stomach having some crams like i usually do when i'm about have my menstrual period. i already took it last night and today morning, there are two lines but the other one shows up later and more pinkish rather than red, i don't want to get my hopes up or think too far, am i pregnant?

this last 3 months me and my husband been having unprotected sex and having more sex than we usually do. i usually have my period between 20-24, then this last 2 months my period change to 17 and now it seem like my period is coming and it still 8th September. is it because of the sex?? before this we always use a condom.

this last five days my heart suddenly beat so fast, and i'm kinda worried about it. it always happens between 9/10-2/3 am in the morning and i'm only lying on the bed watching tv. i'm usually sleeps at 12- 1 at night but because of my heart beat feels very fast make me a little bit hard to get sleep so i'm must wait till it's over than i can go to sleep. also when my heart beat so fast i feel a bit warm and have sweaty hands also if i stand up or sit down too suddenly i can feel a bit dizzy and ear feels like pounding ( a bit like when you dive down into the sea quickly ) but it's gone after a few minutes. it happen before but usually only took like 2 days it never been this long. i already tried to turn on the air con to the max since i think maybe because the room is too hot but it doesn't do any effect. i even try drinking some tea but it does nothing it just make you feels relax but doesn't stop the heart beat from going very fast. is there something wrong? i really doesn't want to go to the doctor if not necessary.

this happened since a year ago , it happen when i'm in a lot of stress or too excited , some times i can't open my mouth like something is holding between my jaw bones when i force to open it it can be really painful. it just for a few minutes but sometimes it worried me.

at first i don't put too much attention to it because i thought it just a stress, but this last few months it became more often like 2- 5 times a day sometimes more, also when i can open it again it make a loud creaking sound between my jawbones also it became more painful esp in my left cheek and ear. also it takes longer time to can open my mouth again.

should i go to professional help ?? i'm worried and afraid but don't want to make a big deal about it esp i'm just move into a new country.

since i got married i gaining a lot of weight , so i really want to get back to my usually body, but i don't know how to plan a diet menu that fit into my daily activity. I'm a chef so i often eat fried, sweet and oily food everyday. for exercise is limited only on home, can't go into gym too often. also i wish that this can change my living style healthier(something that i can do everyday)

my weight before is 48kg (158 cm ) now is about 65 kg so I'm looking to loss about +-15 kg.

i just have a short hair cut , and it make my face look more rounder and i'm thinking to shed a few pound from my body , but i don't know which diet that suitable for my body type. i'm asian in early 20 , 163cm height and 61 kg weight. the part that i want to lose weight the most are my thigh , stomach and chin and i'm not too fond with exercise also i work at the kitchen. my target is around 10 kg more or less. can any body help me ??? also what exercise good for making your thigh smaller and tighter. thxs so much for the help ^_^v

i'm in my 20th and really want to have a makeover, i never have a short hair before always long hair , very long and shy. then i'm thinking about changing into short hair to boost more my confident, but i'm worried i look more chubby because I'm have round face and easily looked fat or chubby , so can anyone suggest a nice hairstyle for me ,i really don't know what hairstyle that nice for me btw i have brown hair . thxs sooo much for the help ^_^v

right now i'm living with boy friend in shanghai, learning mandarin at first i come here i have a big dream , learn mandarin and then i can learn cooking in china and became the best chef in the world open a resto and lived a happy life with my bf.

at the fist semester i really hard working and everything, i even like shanghai so much decided want to stay in here. but suddenly after 8 months i starter to fell confused and question my self why i come here do i learn, did my skill better i started to wonder why i come here at the 1st place, studying seems so hard and feel like i will never pass the exam, at the other hand everybody expecting alot from expecially my mom and bf , i feel like if i don't pass this exam i must wait for another year, my bf must go working (btw he's going to shanghai becouse of me, he older than me 9 years, etc) and mom must pay for another tution, seems like i have burden everyone, but why i feel so lazy so hopeless when i should be working hard
