I am getting a sleep-deprived EEG next week. I know I can't have any thing with Caffeine or lots of sugar in it. I also know carbs are not good because they turn into sugar or something like that... So my question is can you guys give me some good breakfast options that will not interfere with the EEG? Quick ones, preferably, because I will be leaving really in the morning.

I want to send a package to Papua New Guinea from Pennsylvania to a missionary. The weight would probably be somewhere between 10-20 lb. My question is, how much would it cost and would it cost them anything to receive it? And is there a way to pay for them if they had to pay to get it?
