It's tight first, then i push it and i start feeling like the pain you feel before throwing up, but i never do. I drink tons of water, like 3-4 glasses which i drink interspersed in the two hours before running. I have tried eating and not eating, having fiber, not having fiber, etc. I'm in shape up to a 10k in 1:12,and was trying to run just a 5k yesterday and i couldn't because of stomach pain. Anyone have any clue what's going on and why running is suddenly so much of a challenge? This has happened four times in my last runs, i don't know what else to do. Walking doesn't help it, it feels tight for a couple of hours afterwards, what do i do?!

I want something that me and some of my friends(we are all teens) to watch a few weeks from now that might scare them, and may at least make me think, i really don't have a horror switch, so it takes a lot to scare me. I loved Shutter Island, and also have like 1408, A Haunting in Connecticut,Thirteen Ghosts,The Eye and Insidious. Any suggestions would be appreciated! :) (They can't be R b/c one of my friends parents won't let her watch R stuff)

How do i get ride of excess earwax without Olive oil or hydrogen peroxide? Q-Tips don't work, and HP&Olive oil i detest greatly! Are there any other alternatives short of seeing my doctor for an ear cleaning or using the "detestable's"

P.S-every time i see a doctor about some ear problem they ask if i have any Asian in me(which i don't) because my wax buildup is so severe, so it's not a minuscule amount of wax we're talking about here
