I have two male shih tzus, one is one years old and the other is a year and a half, and they bark at every little sound. If a neighbor across the street slams his car door, the dogs bark. Both dogs are overly vocal to begin with and make loud sounds with they sleep, yawn playing etc. I don't mind that part but its just the constant barking. We tried everything that we can think of but was wondering if anybody out there has some tips? Thanks!

I recently had bloodwork done to determine if my baby has a risk of trisonmy 18, down syndrome and spina bifida. The results came back ( by the way I'm 18 weeks ) and everything checked out except for the baby has a risk of having down syndrome. The chances are, the doctor said 1 out of 361 will have down syndrome, and the only way to determine if the baby had it is to test the aminotic fluid. I opted not to do that because there is a risk of miscarrying and have prepared myself for having a baby with down syndrome. I was just wondering if there was any other moms out there they have experienced this and how the dealt with it.

When I went for my 11 week check up the doctor said I had a large uterus however the ultrasound picture only showed one baby. My grandfathers sister had two sets of twins and my fathers cousin had four sets of twins. Is it possible that I may be carrying twins?
