So before i disabled it (i donno why and how)

When i saw a video on (say ellen degeneres) and then i loaded another video from the box above, the one with the recent uploads .. it made an autoplaylist playing all the videos

No since i disabled it .. i have to click the box above and load another click and load the other

Do u know how to activate that ??

Im Obese, and after getting hit by a car a month ago, things kinda got into perspective.

I'm changing my lifestyle, im eating healthier and counting my calories, in fact im down around 10 kgs :))

Exercise is also in this new lifestyle of mine and i have a STRONG will to do this

my question is, after muscle soreness, should i increase my routine, decrease it or relax for a day?

I wanna do this hardcore, and loose all this fat around me, haven't been motivated ever like this

advice?

and when will the DOMS decrease as i do the same routines ?

I have a BAD headache and the only thing i found is ketonal forte 100mg .. and i didnt swallow it i crushed it then ate it .. very bitter

5 days ago .. i had a bad cough, so i went to the hospital and they said that i might be down with a cold and they prescribed for me ERDOMED, NUROFEN & SUMAMED. Well anyways i feel much better but i still have that BAD COUGH !! it feels like i have some mucus trapped in my respiratory tract moving up and down as i breath and i guess its causing some irritation that leads to my coughing. I cough so badly that my stomach muscles kinda ache, and i get a headache !! I donno wat it is but its freaking me out i need a consult.

By the way im 20 yrs old, I am a smoker (but i quit 5 days ago), i had asthma when i was a kid, but i was cured from it between age 12-13. What is it ???

What should she do ... we only know one answer ??? is there another way ???
