  • High Speed Railway in Australia? a survey?

There’s a lot of talk right now about constructing a High Speed Rail (HSR) system connecting Brisbane to Melbourne via Sydney and Canberra. I am currently a structural engineering student in TAFE and I am doing a feasibility survey about it.

Please spare me a few minutes of your time and kindly answer the following questions. Rate each answer from 1 - 5, 1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = neutral, 4 = agree, 5 = strongly agree

    1. I wish I could travel more to local and interstate destinations.

    2. I am satisfied with the country’s domestic airport routes.

    3. I am satisfied with the country’s interstate railway system.

    4. Trains are a safer way to travel than aeroplanes.

    5. If fares are about the same, I would rather travel on a train than any other means of transport.

    6. The government planned budget of $100 Billion is an acceptable price in building the country’s first High Speed Railway (HSR) system.

    7. The HSR system will be appropriate to the number of population especially in the future.

    8. The HSR will help decongest roads and ease traffic.

    9. Local tourism would benefit a lot from HSR.

    10. I would be inclined to travel more if the HSR system is built.

    11. I would like to see the HSR system built in ten years.

What would be the amenities you would like the HSR system to focus into?

    - Seats

    - Lavatories / Toilets

    - Food

    - Entertainment

    - Friendly Staff

Thank you very much for your time.

  • NOPTI contact numbers?

does anyone know the contact numbers of this group?

National Organization for Professional Teachers, Inc.

    this is in the Philippines.

i haven't found any useful website that can give me their contact details. even PRC's website is down, a direct link to their accredited organizations has viruses that avira detects. even the PRC office in manila can't give their details.

the closest match i got was in Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) website but they are on a tie up and under the name:

Bacolod City Public School Teachers Association AND National Organization for Professional Teachers (BCPSTA/NOPTI), INC.

but still no luck on the contact number of this "other" organization.

any help is acknowledged as i need it for visa processing. Thanks in advance.

  • 3C Migration Professionals?

Anyone got any feedback on 3c Migration Professionals? Their Philippine Office is located in Pasig, MM. We are thinking of signing a contract to make them our agents for migration to Australia.
