Hey. Ive got an Antec 900 gaming case, with a EVGA Nvidia 680i SLI MB, Intel Quad core 6600 proc, 2 EVGA Nvidia 8600GT Video cards in SLI mode, 4 gigs Kingston 1670mhz DDR2 memory, and the usual stuff as well. I'm thinking bout upgrading..... what are some spots I can improve my system?? Think high intensive graphic programs and gaming.

Original STEELHEART Drummer In A Coma - Mar. 19, 2008

Frontman Miljenko Matijevic of the reactivated early '90s hard rockers STEELHEART has issued the following update:

"Dear friends, I am sad give out some bad news. My old friend and original drummer of STEELHEART (John Fowler; currently in VOODOO JETS) is in the hospital. He had a brain aneurysm and he is in a coma. The doctors say they don't know if he is going to make it. I ask all of you if you can send him some love and positive energy to help him to come out of this traumatic situation."

I know its not a question, but it fans should pray for his recovery......

They were a Metal band back in the late 80's or so, great Melodic and Heavy sound!! Maybe you might even have a demo or CD of them?? I believe they were from Boston, MA.

Mainly, the University Of Washington Huskies Star QB Jake Locker was just hit helmet to helmet and was carried off ther field in an ambulance....Plus, past history shows many players badly injured and sometimes paralyzed......in the NFL its illegal, why isnt it in CFL too??

Ive had severe back and neck problems, including 2 spinal fusions...a recent MRI and CT Scan have shown only 2 healthy disks in my entire back and neck...including 2 herniated disks and a bone sticking out in my neck hitting a nerve. I have been on medications for 8 years, 5 since my first surgery...have had the epidurals, injections and all that..including a pain pacemaker which didnt work either. It has sent me into a deep depression on and off over the years, and I am still in so much pain....How does one keep oneself in a proper mind frame, and get over, and move on when you are in severe pain and dont know if it will ever go away??

....she is the most special and the only woman in my life?? In the past, Ive strayed mentally from my wife, I became too close emotionally witha couple other women over the internet....Ive never been physical with another woman. But it did hurt my wife of 11 years, and I hate myself for what I did and Ive made the changes in myself so it will never happen again....but I need to earn her trust again...how can I show her and make her feel the love I have for her as my wife??
