  • What could cause "chugging" in the engine of my 2006 G6?

Sometimes if I am going up a steep hill or if I accellerate quickly, it starts to "chug" and the whole car throbs like it is not getting a even supply of gas. The rest of the time it is fine. No lights are on on the dash.

  • How do I remove the bolts on my G6 rear speakers?

There are bolts with these aluminum wing things on the bottom. The top of the bolt is hard to access and the bottom has this wing. I tried to unscrew them with pliers but it doesn't work.

  • Can a mother of a new baby on family benefits collect even though the father of the baby works full time?

I know a young couple. This girl just had a baby and is collecting family benefits in Ontario. Previous to having the baby she was claiming her boyfriend as a roommate to welfare. He is working full time.

How will this affect her monthly payment? Also the boyfriend's parents bought them a car.

  • Is this a risky situation insurance wise?

My husband has a car in his name that his 24 year old drives. The insurance is under our his name (dads) now the kid wants to move out with the car. I have told Dad that the kid must switch the title and insurance to his name because the car is no longer in our control nor is it our responsiblity.

Dad says the kid can not afford to safety and insure the car and we should wait to switch the title to him.

I am afraid something bad will happen with the car and it will destroy our good driving records. Who is liable in the event of an accident? The driver or the owner? We are in Ontario Canada.

  • Is this a tax write off?

I run an aviary which is a registered business with large expensive parrots. I paid $800 for a bird this year and she accidentally died when her toenail got injured and she bled to death. (It was very sad) My question is can I claim this as a business loss?

  • how do I operate the macro on the new Powershot130sx?

When I click on the flower button that is the symbol for macro is says manual focus where on the previous model this set it to macro. Sometimes this weird magnifying image comes up on the screen that I don't want.

There is no manual with the camera only a CD and I don't want to install all the Canon programs on my computer.

  • What do you think of the EZ care parrot cages?

I have sold alot to customers but the last customer said the product quality was bad and the bar thickness is too small for macaws in the large sized macaw type cage.

  • Is there something wrong with breeding for temperment and colour?

I may not be "a stuck up" breeder but yes I have bred poodles and found homes for every one I have bred in the last 6 years.

I will tell you this, the first thing families want is the prettiest colours, being red, black or chocolate, or even bi colours, then secondly they want good temperments. So colour is one of my first considerations when looking at a stud dog. Buyers never want to see a background health check or a pedigree. But I do give a health guarantee.

But......if they want to see the health I have 3 generations of dogs here all in great shape. The father of my last litter is AKC registered and health tested for eyes and joints.

I think that that AKC and CKC breeders are just mad that they lost their high end markets to people breeding much more reasonably priced dogs that look just as good and are healthy too.

If you want to see my website you are welcome to it! www.freewebs.com/windsongaviary

And by the way-I don't breed them in the backyard, mostly in the kitchen. Ha ha.

  • Why are dog breeders so stuck up? A dog can be a pet without being breed standard.?

I asked a simple question on here earlier about an underbite. I was swamped with a bunch of horrible replies about breed standard, backyard breeders, ect. Where I live there are no poodles in the shelters, just mainly big farm dogs that breed out of control or crazy mixes like dachhound terriers.

  • Breeding a dog with an underbite?

I have a beautiful brown female mini poodle that I have bred before, her pups come out perfect. I have been searching for a brown male stud and found one, he has a great temperment, coat, size and colour are great but he has an underbite. Should I use this male or keep looking? These brown poodles are difficult to find in our area.

  • Did you ever have a gas pedal come unattached?

Years ago I had a ford Focus hatchback and the gas pedal assembly came off while I was driving. Then they fixed it and it stuck and kept revving. I never had as many problems with a car as I did with that one. The company acted as if it was a completely normal car and did not offer any explanations, discounts on a new car or incentives to buy from Ford again. Anyone with similar experiences?

  • Why do people make roadside memorials?

I live in a rural location with lots of good o'l boys that play with dangerous toys. Lots of them seem to get the worst of it and die in accidents. All over the county there are roadside memorials. They are distracting and may cause another accident. Isn't the cemetary the proper place for these crosses and flowers?

  • Why am I frowned upon by my sister for not sitting at the hospital during someone's surgery?

I am very busy, and I figure that the person will be in the surgery for hours, then in recovery and I won't get to see them till after so I might as well come back at the end or the next morning when they are more awake. She tries to make me feel guilty and uncaring for doing this. Also if something happened during surgery they would be gone allready and I can't rush in and save them. Opinions please?

  • Is a dog that doesn't come when you call it mentally challenged or just stubborn?

My two poodles get out back in the yard and when you call them, they ignore you for quite a while and keep sniffing around. They don't come till they are good and ready. But the old dog comes right away when I call her. We had her for 5 years by herself and then we got the two yong ones.
