I ask this question because I know someone whose name is really different but she claims that half the letters are silent and it isn't pronounced how it looks - is this legal?

consider prince changed his name to a symbol with no pronunciation - is it that our names are symbols (letters) and the pronounciation is up to us?

the girls name is Marnyaneliah - she pronounces it (Mar-na-lay) i would have thought it was Mar-ni-a-nel-ee-uh) and her sister's name is Vayna'Queaha she pronounces it Va-na-kay

thy're a bit eccentric anyway but this is soooooooo annoying can they do this legally- aren't names subject to the rules

Considering another baby. HE want to name girl after his late gma - Lily Ruth or name the boy after his late g-pa Walter Louis. I hate both names. He seems really adamant. They get his family last names I feel like i should be able to decide the first one. What should I do? I like for a girl Laila Rose or Ashlyn Rose for a boy I like David Anthony or Jordan David. we both like pretty traditional names. but is my argument valid. I had to change my last name and the kids have his family names shouldn't I have dibbs on the first name?

In regards to the first date:

I've heard that women decide in under the first minute if I guy can potentially get "it" or not. Is this true and after that what is the usual deal breaker/maker?

I think in the back of my mind if a guy is hot i might wonder what it would be like and so I guess I do decide within the first minute. But after that .....

For me the deal maker would be his general attitude and attractiveness. The deal breaker would be bad hygeine and a bad attitude. But I wouldn't actually sleep with him on the first date.

I want to have an Halloween themed bachelorette party for a friend and I need some ideas.

this was an icebreaker topic in one of my graduate classes in psychology.

Ok so my and my boyfriend "were on a break" (Friends fans will get it) and I had sex with some that works with my boyfriend. We ended up getting back together and the guy no longer works with him but may in the future. We were on this break for some months and so I figured I was entitled to see whoever I pleased. The guy I hooked up with was very concerned with discretion as was I because he and I work in the same building and our co-workers are nosy. Now that my boyfriend and I are back together should I tell him. We have never been this happy and close. We're even talking about marriage. Hoenstly, the reason I never told him was because I felt like it would only make things complicated and for no reason becaseu the guy and I broke it off pretty fast and it was a while after it happened that my boyfriend and I got back together. I want to be honest but what will it do but make everybody uncomfortable. Further, it is not like I cheated. Please help me!!!!!!

TURNING 25 THAT IS?

I turned 25 recently and just before my bday I began to panic. I was having panic attacks all the time. I mean don't like that I'm getting older but I've done okay. I guess accepting my place in the world as a capable adult is going to be a journey. There are so many things I wanna do, should be doing and whatnot. 25 was not a good bday esp since I know that my nextis 26 and then that only leaves 4 years till 3-0. omg

I stayed at my boyfriend's house this weekend and I am still very wierd about using his bathroom. even though he has two I never use the one in the master bedrrom because he call that his throne and so I go along with the joke and I never go in there. But still when i really have to go I almost want to leave and go home just cause I get embarrassed.

am I the only one still caught up in keeping some things a mystery?

1. butterhead - cute body with ugly face (everything is cute on a girl but-her-head)

2. bootydoo - the big tummy pouch (her stomach looks like her booty-do)

3. bopper - girls who are always walking around getting in trouble (got it from Baby Bop - barney character- because she walks funny)

4. wolf ticket - lies or something worthless ( the boy who cried wolf but it was a lie - so someone we think is lying is sellin wolf tickets or a wolf ticket is just something busted or worthless)

My co-workers and I were talking about pet peeves and whatnot.

The one guy said that a few things would stop him from approaching a girl in a club even if she is attractive including:

when I first met my boyfriend I thought he was soooo arrogant but it turned out that his confidence (love goggles) keeps me so attracted to him.

A co-wroker was talking about how she may pop the question to her boyfriend. I wonder if he gets a ring then.

so I wonder how many ladies would even consider this?

I might suggest moving in together or moving the date up and getting married sooner that later after I was already proposed to but I don't see myself proposing to a guy. Maybe I just haven't been that in love. Who know?

My friend has had this dog since she moved out of her parent's house. she got it for her 18th birthday and that was 10 years ago. She took this dog to college with her and she is really attached. His health has not been the best lately. She dosen't not have pet health insurance and he needs an operation or he may have to be "put down". Naturally, she wants to save him. However the costs of it all is $2,500.00. She has asked me to borrow money towards it but I honestly can't justify that expense. I have an okay savings but she has money problems right now and furthermore she should have known it would come to this. I don't want money to come between us but the way I see it she is kinda out of line by asking me considering I am a graduate student, work full time and I am a single mom. I save because that's what I'm supposed to do and now because she knows that I have been doing that and that I probably have the money to give her she has put me in a tough situation. what 2 do?

socks (I wore sandals to work but, when I sit at my desk I like to kick them off and put on socks)

I was interested in how to make a unique scent

I like mixing perfumes and I been experimenting wth oils.

I use a lot of essential oils already for my hair and skin so lately I began using pepermint, lemon, and rose oil as a perfume. It smells great but I always worry about oil staining my clothes and I have to mix it with other oils becasue essential oils cannot be directly applied.

What are your favorite mixes and how do you make then last long? Add to lotion, shampoo......................?

My favorite perfume mix is Oxygene by LANVIN and Paris Hilton by Paris Hilton
