How bad does an injury have to be before you cannot get accepted into military service? My daughter has wanted to go into the military since she was 10 years old. She got thrown from a horse and messed her hip up. The hip joint is screwed up. No surgery can fix it. Anyway, she is NOT restricted at all. All doctors have released her for any care, but said she may have to have a new hip at the age of 50. She is very active in sports, (except horse back riding now) and runs around like a normal kid. Just that hip is messed up. Will she get in?

This is what I expect as the President is working with and for OUR money and country......

I expect to live in this county freely to go where I want, when I want.

I expect that I and my family will be kept safe. Safe from local crime, and world wide terrorism......

I expect that you will only charge me reasonable taxes so I can still work and support my family.

I expect that the tax money that is given to you will be put to good use. No $400.00 trash cans, $700.00 hair cuts, or joyriding in OUR military vehicles. (We already paid for those with OUR tax money)

I expect that you to uphold my rights as an AMERICAN CITIZEN in the fashion that has been practiced since this first became a country. I will ALWAYS have a right to vote, I will ALWAYS have a right to bear arms, ECT ect, ect.

I expect that you WILL put your hand on a Bible like every president before you when you are sworn in.

I expect that you WILL put your hand over your heart and face our FLAG when the National Anthem is sung. Remember you are representing this COUNTRY. MY country. OUR country.

I expect that if you are not willing to do this, then you are fired (because you work for us) and we will appoint someone else. Just like in the real world. If you dont do your job as you are expected to do by your employer, you are fired.

I expect you to be loyal and compassionate for ALL citizens that make up this great Nation.

From Sunday's Televised "Meet the Press" Senator Obama was asked about his stance on the American Flag. Obama Explains the National Anthem Stance

Sun, 07 Sept. 2008 11:48:04 EST, General Bill Ginn' USAF (ret.) asked Obama to explain why he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played.

The General also stated to the Senator that according to the United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171... During rendition of the national anthem when the flag is displayed, all present except those in uniform are expected to stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. At the very least, "Stand and Face It"

Senator Obama Live on Sunday states, "As I've said before about the flag pin, I don't want to be perceived as taking sides, Obama said. 'There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American flag is a symbol of oppression. And the anthem itself conveys a war-like message. You know, the bombs bursting in air and all. It should be swapped for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song 'I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing.' If that were our anthem, then I might salute it." We should consider to reinvent our National Anthem as well as to redesign our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love. It's my intention, if elected, to disarm America to the level of acceptance to our Middle East Brethren. If we as a Nation of warri ng people, should conduct ourselves as the nations of Islam, whereas peace prevails perhaps a state or period of mutual concord would exist between our governments. When I become President, I will seek a pact or agreement to end hostilities between those who have been at war or in a state of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts. We as a Nation have placed upon the nations of Islam an unfair injustice. My wife disrespects the Flag for many personal reasons. Together she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past, many years ago. She has her views and I have mine. Of course now, I have found myself about to become the President of the United States and I hav e put aside my hatred. I will use my power to bring CHANGE to this Nation, and offer the people a new path of hope. My wife and I look forward to becoming our country's First Family. Indeed, CHANGE is about to overwhelm the United States of America."

My father passed away and got full Military Honors.........On his discharge papers he was awarded 2 metals that I cannot find. How do I go about getting his metals from the Army so I can put them with his flag?

Can the executor of an estate sell the assetts for a reduced price as long as all the heirs agree to the reduced price?

I am 1 of 2 heirs of estate. Other heir is in trouble for back child support. Will or can they go after 1/2 of estate? Can they take/sell what I want out of the estate?

I cannot find serial #'s to two guns that were in the family home. These guns are now missing. Can I find out the serial #'s by looking up the deceased persons name? Is there a website by state that I can do this?

I cannot find my brother and he is legally entitled to half of my late Fathers estate. What happens to his half if he cannot be located?
