  • Not wanting to move into a new home?

My sister and brother in law bought a new house through a private seller with another couple whom they have been friends with for years. The closing date isn't until the beginning of June. Lately their relationship with the other couple has turned sour and they are terrified to move in because of not wanting to live with tension ans so on. Is there anyway that someone can go back on a purchase of a home? I don't know how it works but what would someone do if they wanted to back out of a purchase before moving in once everything has been finalized? If someone could get back to me, that would be great. :o)

  • Applying for a personal line of credit?

When applying for a personal line of credit, what does "liquid security" mean?? I saw it in their terms and conditions saying that if you do not make the required yearly income, then they may consider the line of credit with liquid security. If someone could get back to me, that would be great. Thanks :o)

  • Severe pelvis pain and pressure at 39 weeks pregnant?

For the past week I have been experiencing pain and pressure EVERY time I stand up from a sitting or lying down position. It's a jabbing pain that prevents me from walking properly. I explained this to my OB who is a male and basically he said that it's normal at the end of pregnancy and he understands and that it will be over soon. My response to him was, I know you're a doctor and it's all normal, but with all repects you will NEVER understand the pain because you're a male! He got a chuckle out of that. Anyway I was wondering if any other woman has experienced this and sometimes it's so bad it nearly brings me to tears. Sometimes standing up even brings on braxton hicks contractions like crazy. I REALLY hope labor will take place VERY soon. Thanks a bunch!

  • Positive Group B Strep test?

I found out today that I tested positive for group b strep. I have researched and I know what it is. I was wondering what were your experiences during labour and delivery while being group b positive. I know that an IV atibiotic is administered, and I was wondering if there are any risks involved as far as the meds that are given and what to expect after the birth. Also, how long are you on the IV antibiotics for before delivering. I am a first time mom so I am a bit nervous at 38 weeks. Thanks a bunch!

  • Severe pressure in pelvis and rectum at 35 weeks pregnant (serious answers only please)?

For the past week I have been having severe pressure that comes and goes in my pelvis and even in my rectum. Sometimes it feels like the baby's head is going to come out of both ends!! (if that makes any sense) I have not had any contractions, but this still worries me a little. I have a dr. appt today but I was wondering if there are any women out there who have ever experienced this during their 3rd trimester and what the outcome was. Thanks :o)

  • Castor oil applied to the cervix to induce labour!!!!????

I was at my docs appt a few days ago and I overheard another pregnant woman saying to the person sitting beside her, how she was going to insert castor oil, so that way it can be directly applied onto the cervix to induce labour. Now, i've heard of ingesting it, and rubbing it on the belly, but never inserting it vaginally. That blew my mind. Is this true?? i know that taking castor oil orally will cause mostly discomfort and diarrhea if taken before your body and baby are ready. I'm REALLY curious to know. I'm personally going to wait until the baby is ready on it's own. Thanks :o)

I have an appointment with my doc on June14th, but I was wondering if any women had experienced this and what might be causing it. Thanks. :o)

  • Nipple discomfort in pregnancy?

I was wondering if anyone else experienced nipple pain and sensetivity to the point of not being able to tolerate it. I am 16 weeks pregnant and everytime I get cold or anything that cause my nipples to go erect, it hurts SOOOO bad. The right one is worse than the left. It's just the nipple itself, not the entire breast. It seems the further along I get in my pregnancy...the worse it gets. I know it sounds strange. It's almost like a burning sensation.

  • Wedding Video Editing?

I was wondering if anyone knew if there are wedding video editors out there who can edit a video (DVD) that has already been completed. I got my wedding video back the other day and I hate it. I paid SOO much money and got crap :(

It's way too long (3 hrs +) and it lacks special effects. If anyone knows of a place where they can do that in Ontario, Canada that would be great. Only serious answers please.
