  • Would you be in thier wedding if they stood you up at yours?

When my husband and I started dating a very good friend of his really didn't like me and let all of his friends know it. Because of her I have had a hard time earning my way back into thier good graces. When we started planning our wedding my husband asked another good friend of his, who happend to be her boyfriend, to be a groomsman. Initially he said yes but two weeks before the wedding he backed out, leaving us one groomsman short the day of.

Now, she is getting married to someone else who was once a good friends of my husbands who due to unrelated circumstances disappeared for a while and whom I don't know at all. She is trying to be my friend all of a sudden and has asked my husband in her wedding as a groomsman. What would you do? I know I should let bygones be bygones but . . . It took me years to win back his friends and I am still not comfortable around her nor with my husband hanging out with her since she bad mouthed me behind my back.
