  • Was I within my rights.?

    We returned from 7 weeks in Ireland. To find neighbors built a nice 6 ft privacy fence. 10 feet on my property. And has filed claim to mineral rights on his side fence. I burned fence down. County ancestors papers at the ready.

    Other day I took my aussie sheapherds out put them on their chains ( no fence ) 

    He proceeded to let his bullets ( as in pit )

     They killed one of my dogs. ON MY PROPERTY.  I went to jail for cruelty to animals. 

    He built fence on my land, Attempted to STEAL MY MINERAL RIGHTS WITH OVER 5000 SQ FT OF MY REAL ESTATE.

     Then loosed his dogs on MY LAND . And I spent the weekend in jail.

    I think I just got FORKED BY a NEW U.S. RESIDENT.

    I already know since his family is NEW HERE I dont stand a snowballs chance in hell with the judicial system. They proved that when they arrested me for killing his dog on my land.

    What would you do in my shoes.
