Can chrome OS be installed on hard drive as major OS like windows. I want to use chrome OS but dont know how to install it on my harddrive partition (drive n:\) with out disturbing other partition (drive). Hope i'l get help

I have Dell insppiron 1464 (i5 procesor 3 gb RAM). It takes more than 30 min to start, nearly 5-7 min just to boot windows (starting windows). Why it is so slow. plz help.... whats the problem and how to fix it ....

I have scaned for virus from KIS 2013 (using trial) and Miscrosoft SE no virus found. then i formated my computer using win7 32 bit (fresh installing took unusal time more than 2 hour which used to take only about 20 min) nothing happened. then again i installed Win8 preview. same problem .... then again i deleted all my partation and again recreated it wsing win7 ( C - 102 gb ... only C drive is active and other are inactive ) same problem ,,,,,,,, dont know what to do ....... PLEASE SUGGEST ME .... PLZZZ HELP ME

I have downloaded need for speed world from torrent and i have game data too. When ever i try to start, it start to download the files file. Now how to launch it without downloading other file.
