whenever i try to download windows service pack 3 it runs for about a half hour then quits and i get this message. setup interrupted, restoring prior configuration. have defragged cleaned temp files etc etc, please don't tell me check for viruses spyware, have done that pc is clean i'm certain of that any suggestions? thanks

Start menu keeps popping up at reboot or start up?

every time i start or restart my pc the owner menu pops up, its as though i'm hitting the start button where it says all programs etc. the windows tab on key board is not stuck, its not in msconfig but yet it keeps popping up like hitting the start button or the windows tab on keyboard, can anyone tell me how to disable it? ps its not a web pop up or spyware thanks for any help.

hi whenever i'm on a website, googe etc and i;m looking at photos. i can save one picture to my documents, when i look at another photo from the same website and try to save it to my documents i get message saying document already exists do you want to replace it. and if i say yes i loose the first photo. any ideas on disabling this? thanks
