Ok my father passed away last fall. He left me and my two brothers the farm, the live stock, the farm truck and all implements. (Tractors, hay equipment ). Well it s that time of year to get license plates. One of my brothers is wanting to take the farm truck and get the title changed solely in his name. I don t think that s right and it should be in all three of our names. If he does as he says he going to do. Can he get into trouble? What legal ground do I have to stop him?

I am wondering if I could swap the engine from the jeep to the truck. My truck been needing an engine. My wife just totaled her jeep today. No harm was done to her engine. But think they will be totalling it out.

So I got pulled over and was charged with ovwi. Well 3 days later the court sent my fines to the collection agency. I had not been took to trial or pled guilty to any of the charges. Is this double jerperdy? Can they do this? Is this denying me of Due process? I am in indiana and this is where I have gotten the charge of OVWI. I am also looking for a good lawyer to get me out of this. If anyone knows of one I could use a refer.

As the title says i am facing foreclosure on my house with BAC its a long story but beleive it or not it didnt start as my fault its the banks error as they have did to me to the previouse year but as i said it is a very long story but what my question is what are my options on bankruptcy i want to keep my house or if anyone knows anything else i can do as well please let me know thank you

My oil guage drops out and oil light comes on and truck starts pecking like a lifter pecking but it only does it accasionaly when i first start it up it dont do it and some times driving it will quit but say if i take it up a hill and the rpms go up it will start doing it but later will quit and go back to normal a guy-so called mechanic it told me it was my guages doin it but i just dont beleive that i was wondering if anyone else might have an idea or solution to the problem i was think either oil pump weak or the oil sending unit but i dont know

Ok here we go i changed out my motor in a 1994 dodge 4x4 pickup has a 360 motor with a motor that came out of a 1996 dodge 360. the motor had been sitting for 2 1/2 to 3 years. it ran great for a week then one day i drove it to my dads house shut it off went inside for about 2 minutes came back out and started it up and while backing up i noticed it was smoking like a freight train blue smoke so i started checking it out went to shut it off noticed it lost oil pressure so i check the oil it didnt have any notice the airr filter which is just a week old was full of oil and noticed the oil dipstick tube was sucking air so first i took PVC valve out changed it with old motor PVC valve but i beleive it to be good because i stuck my fingure over the intake hole were the PVC valves hose goes and motor wanted to die so i put it all back together like it was then i moved over to other side valve cover and took the oil breather that goes from valve cover to air filter off and took the air filter off the motor intake throttle body and let the motor run a bit the smoke seem to die down a bit so i checked one spark plug and it looked ok it was not satraited with oil so i put it back in and truck still smokes blue smoke so i am out of ideas like i said truck motor ran great for a week then i just turned it off and started it up again and it was smoking bad im out of ideas i guess what i am asking is " what is wrong with it and how do i fix it?" lol Oh and by the way kicking the bedside of the truck dont work i tried it lol it just led to a big dent in the bedside and a sore foot lol

I have a 1994 dodge 4x4 and when i drive down the road it starts to shimmy when i hit a bump then when i slow down to about 15 to 20 miles per hour is straightens up it dont shimmy all the time but i have notice it getting worst it has disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the rear i just got the brakes done and it is doing it more than before i am starting to run out of money so i prolly have to do it myself could you tell me what the problem could be and how to fix it thanks

my truck is backfiring and sputtering it dont do it all the time but seems like when i am going down the highway in over drive it does it after maybe 10 to 20 minutes of driving if i drive threw town it seems to be ok i have notice a few times when at idle it runs kinda rough but a friend told me he thought it might be a fuel filter i dont know where that is located at either but i guess what i am asking is if anyone think they might know what the problem is and if it is the fuel filter where is that located at

I am looking to take out my transmission in my automatic 1994 dodge 4x4 to go get rebuilt but i dont know how so i am needing a step by step instructions or where to go to get a step by step instructions to doing this project i am a hands on person i do construction and millwright work but i just never have taken a transmission out alot of people i talk to says it is easy but i have never did it so i am a little bit unconfident about it thank you

i have a 1994 dodge 1500 4x4 pick up and i just started having trany problem with it about two weeks ago i put some trans x in it and it seems to be working it didnt want to go to first gear enless i put it in it is a automatic trany then when it was ready to shift i manualy shifted it after a couple days doing that is seems to working but i was also haveing some over heating problems as well i changed the thermostat out but it still seems to be over heating and seeing its an automatic trans i was wondering if pulling the radiator out and having it flushed and acid bathed would that do anything for the problem i heard that there is a check vaulve in the tranny line that usualy gets stuck so i was wondering if anyone else has run across this problem and if so what can i do to fix mine thank you

i am trading a motorcycle 82 honda v45 for a hobart welder it is a 100percent duty 200 amp welder with 220 outlets and 110 outlets i was wondering what do i need to look for in the welder to make sure i am not getting ripped off i have welded with it with 5/32 rod welded pretty good but i welded on the trailer it was sitting on and the welder didnt have and rubber or wood under it and the coil went bad but the fella says he got a new coil and it works i was wondering if anyone knew what else i needed to look for before i made the trade
