  • Hip and round ligament pain?

    I'm 17 weeks pregnant and I've been experiencing some of the worst lower back pain ever. I've also started getting round ligament pain on my left side, near my groin. Has anyone had experience going to a chiropractor for help with this issue? I'm a massage therapist, so I've tried massage. Nothing seems to help.

  • Whats your opinion on nurse midwives?

    I just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant. *woohoo* So I scheduled my first prenatal appointment with this group of OB/GYN and midwives that are located all around the area. I was scheduled with a CNM because I'm new and I dont know any of the OB/GYN's. Has anyone had experience with midwives? Do they believe in drugs during labor?

  • Period-like cramping?

    Has anyone ever experienced period-like cramping? I've been getting these little cramps for about a week now and they're very weak but noticable, and only last for short spurts throughout the entire day. I keep running to the bathroom, tampon in hand because it feels like my period is here. I've charted, I'm regular, and I've never experienced this kind of PMS symptom before. Any idea whats going on? Yes, I'm also actively TTC.

  • Possible to have period but be pregnant?

    My hubby and I have been TTC for 3 months. I got my period Feb 23rd. It was pretty normal to my knowledge. This month, I've gotten really early signs of PMS on CD 13. I wasnt even to ovulate until CD 17. Sore breasts, irritable, really increased food cravings, acne, and tiredness.

    I dont know what the heck is going on with my body. I was charting my fertile times and it didnt seem like my body even ovulated this month?! I usually start to get PMS about a week before AF is due.

    Thoughts??

  • TTC and on anti-depressants?

    Anyone TTC and on Prozac or Zoloft? I've been having a heck of a time getting in the mood for BD'ing. I have no sex drive and I find it harder to orgasm. I told my DR and he switched me from Zoloft to Prozac.

    I cant function without taking some sort of medication, so getting off of it it not an option right now.
