Does anyone or has anyone heard of the last name Rushalko? It might have been spelled differently before the immigration from Russia, that is the nationality of it. Also does anyone know anything about the Jackson Clan in Scotland? My grandmother's maiden name is Jackson, and I know the colors of her ??? whatever the thing is called that represents a family... is yellow, black, red. In Shrek 2, does anyone else think that Shrek and Fiona should have stayed human instead of turning back into ogres in the end? I thought that Shrek was super cute, in a animated sort of way.

I am the single mother of a 3 year old girl, and I am obese. I want to change my weight to get my BMI down, because it is dangerously high. I need a fairly easy workout that I can do with or without my daughter every day. I don't have a lot of money, so I can't go to the gym or anything. I take the smallest amount of Lithium, and some days I am perfectly fine. Other days I have such severe hand tremors that it is hard to do my daily work. Does anyone else have this, or do you have a safe remedy for this?
