How long do these case files remain on someone's public records information?

Aren't they suppose to delete it after a certain amount of years

or after the civil judgment has been fully satisfied

or (if the offence occurred when the defendant was a minor) after the minor becomes of age?

I mean.. isn't 13 years after the satisfaction date long enough?

I have Windows XP 2002 Media Center Edition and I frequently use Windows Media Player 10. I see the files play but there is no sound :Oh!

I tried Quicktime and Real Player to see if they had sound. Nope, same problem.

Sound is not muted. My speakers do work (the sound comes on when computer is turned on/off). Also, I did the speaker test in the Sound Manager for confirmation.

I checked the Device Manager under Sound, Video and Game Controllers. There were no errors.

I uninstalled, reinstalled Realtek High Definition Audio and restarted computer. This did not sovle my problem.

I looked at the other drivers under that same category (Audio Codecs, Legacy Audio Drivers, Legacy Video Capture Devices, Media Control Devices, MuvEnum Virtual Cable, and Video Codecs); I tried to update them with the wizard but it "could not find a better match for your hardware than the software you currently have installed".

What can I do? Can someone please help me get my sound back?

How do I delete songs from Windows Media Player 10 library that have an error? The error states that the file may have been moved, renamed or deleted. I know it was deleted because I deleted it but it keeps showing up in the Windows Media Library. I clicked the remove from my library and computer option, I have tried: right clicking to delete, deleting its path by looking at its properties, opening the containg folder and deleting it from there. The songs are now deleted from MyMusic but they are still appearing in the Windows Media Library. How!? There has to be some more in depth way to get rid of these. Please help!! There are 517 of these songs that need to be removed!

The p2p software program is imesh. Will all my music files be deleted along with it the software if I delete it from my hard drive?

First of all, I am a single mother. I have 5 children. I do not read or write English. I speak very little. I am Asian. I will tell you a little of what is going on. Police officer is interfering with private civil matters. I am being evicted from my home illegally. This officer is forcing my landlord to kick me out. Landlord refuses because there are no grounds. Officer claims the property is a nuisance. Police threaten to fine landlord. Same officer has called the City Inspector accusing my yard of being messy. Inspector found no problem. Police officer also called the local housing authority, accusing me of committing fraud. In turn, a private investigator was sent to scrutinize me. My civil rights have been violated. Officers entered my home w/o my permission twice. I was unjustly given a citation for disorderly conduct. This is the first ticket I received in my whole life. That officer also has a neighbor across the street video taping me. That neighbor has also stalked me by following my vehicle. Theofficer and neighbor email each other, phone, and talk in person. That same officer called my home from his squad car to tell me I needed to be out by Friday (which has since past). He also said the City Mayor decided I would not have a chance to dispute and I would have to move and that was it! All this stress has taken a toll on me. It has adversely affected my health. I cannot eat or sleep and I get headaches. Remember, this is just the tip of the iceberg! Please Help!!!
