I want a reliable car that can accommodate young kids, hold a bit of cargo and if it could be not too expensive it would be great. Our family tend to do about 12 000 KM/year, and I like keeping a car for as long as possible!

Imagine an apartment building that was bought 2 years ago. Lets say since then the annual renting income of the building has passed from 16 800 to 22 700$. How would that affect the value of that building?

My guess would be that it would raise the value of the building by a little, but I honestly don't know if it's really linked.

I know about best buy and future shop, but these places are terrible. At best buy: well they never cared about costumer service, while at future shop they're pressure sellers and customer service is also lousy. Then they belong the the same ownership.

So if I d like to get a good computer that's not too expensive, where could I shop in the Montreal area?

Je connais déjà Best Buy et Future Shop, mais j'aimerais les éviter parce que « Chez best buy la qualité du service: On s'en calisse! » et que future shop est détenu par la même entreprise.

Aussi, si je veux éviter ces deux géants, mais tout de même obtenir un bon prix pour un desktop où devrais-je aller?

It was a game where the hero was a blue cat dressed as a detective. His weapon was a gun that shot a boxing glove. The bad guys were dressed like 1920-1950 gangsters.
