About 8 hours ago I went to a small antique shop where a lot of kids from my high school hang out, I just wanted to look around and try to avoid these people but one of my old friends stopped me. We had small talk and I mentioned going to get food when I left the shop, so her being nice gave me about 5 small marshmallows and me, being hungry took them and left. I ate them on the way home and felt sick to my stomach when I got there. I felt crampy & bloated, and I really needed to puke buttt I couldnt. so, I took a small nap and ended up waking up at about 5pm (4 hrs)

I still feel sick & have a killer headache. what could have caused this? I'm not sure if she would drug the marshmallows or not but it sure does feel like she did. what should I do?
