Why are cars renamed for Americans?
It seems that almost all the cars that are made outside of USA are renamed for US markets, why is this? Do Americans think a new sticker makes a car American?
Is it a simple marketing thing or is there some legal trickery involved?
And for those who say they are American cars: Where car is assembled does not count as country of origin, the engineering, QA standards and design do.
