My computer is getting much hotter from a few days ago.

I had speedfan on my computer and it was alright...and from night to day it started to get much hotter...I have a ACER 5102 (laptop)

(AMD TURION 64 x2 1.6ghz, 512kb L2 cache).

How can I speed up my fan or what can I do to decrease the temperature without buying anything?
