I have been reading about exercising for few days now and I have a question please to confirm I understand correctly.

Many fitness sites said you need to rest between exercises for 48 hours at least, or else this will be over exercising which will have a negative effect on your body, so how come Focus T25 (and Insanity as well but I more concerned with Focus T25) is not considered to be over exercise when your workout 5 consecutive days and of course it had great results confirmed by many people.

I think Focus T25 will be good for me but I don't want to be over exercising so I want to make sure what will be the best for me.

I heard that after jailbreaking the iPhone 4S, if I made an iOS upgrade, of course the jailbreaking will be gone, but I heard that the iPhone 4S will hang after the iOS upgrade and will not work at all, so is this true???

I want to travel with my wife and our baby to Germany at Villingen Schwenningen at my cousin's to stay with him for about a week but we r afraid that having a baby with us will not let it be as fun as we're expecting.

So what do u think? What can we do there? We r not interested in night life there anyway, so about sight seeing and visiting other nearby countries?

I mean all expenses, the house expenses plus any other expenses you have. and please also provide whether you are married or not? Is there any kids? and how old are they?

I want to travel with my wife and our baby to OC at my uncle to stay with him for about 2 week or so, but my wife's point of view is that having our baby with us will kill most of the fun...

For example stuff like Disney Land, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios we will not be able to enjoy them that much as we will be restricted in the baby's area, we will not be able to go out for dinner, party at Las Vegas, stuff like that.

It will be just limited to shopping and site seeing which both of us agree that it will not be worth it then, so what do you think?

I am from Egypt and I am trying to import products from China to Egypt, I was searching on the net and I found a website called made-in-china.com which gave great information actually, but I wanted to confirm about the prices and the companies that deal with this site.

I am afraid that the companies who use this site are big companies and so their products will be sold for high prices, is it better that I go to China and search for small stores and small companies to deal with them? or there will be no difference in the price so I can just contact these companies and deal with them directly??

I have 1 D-Link ADSL router with 4 ethernet ports, now I got a laptop and I need to connect it to the router with a WiFi connection, but the router does not have any WiFi capabilities.

My question is: is there any device which I can get and connect it to the ethernet port of the router, and this device will act as a WiFi transmitter and receiver which will be connected to may laptop, is there anything like that?

So, the connection will go from my laptop to this device to the router.
