I've reported noise complaints (loud music, slamming does etc) AND domestic violence disputes to management and even the cops but little to nothing seems to get done about it. I'm feed up! I've only been living here for a few months and still have a while to go on my year lease. But I refuse to listen to a woman being beating and screaming for her life. I've called the police on 3 separate occasions, twice the police came and knocked but my neighbors never opened the door so the cops left!!! WTF The girl could've died in there! So anyhoo, again today I woke to them arguing at first, then it got pshyical...I know this because they live just above me and I can hear their footsteps (on a normal day) and MORE! She began screaming and crying...so I called the police and management...again the folks inside did not open the door for the police so management had to. I didnt go upstrairs to look or give a report of what I heard because I really dont want to get involved any more than I am by having to hear it. The cops did nothing, I basically heard them tell the guy to cool off and that his behavior wasnt acceptable. That was pretty much it...off the cop went to have coffee and doughnuts for all I know.

But I really don't feel safe and comfortable living here...I figure its only a matter of time before they figure out its me calling the cops. If he'd beat his GF, then there's no telling what he could try to do to me. Someone please help me...I'm going to go crazy about this.
