What is the title of this independent film?
I can't think of the title of a three-part independent film trilogy (I think it was three parts) I watched a while back about a communist guy in either South America or Spain that blew up some important government building or maybe a bank. The title was just the guy's first name. I'm sorry that the description is not that great but many thanks if you can help!
1 AnswerMovies8 years agoWhy does my laptop shut down every time I pull the plug?
Every time I take the power cord out my Lenovo ThinkPad (T410s) shuts down. It can't be the battery because I have gone through two new ones already. Might it be something with how the battery is connecting to the laptop? Thanks!
3 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks8 years agoAre the mountain bike sizing chart recommendations correct?
I have been looking online to see what the best size (on average) mountain bike for me would be. I am about 5'11" or 6' and they all recommend a 20" bike, which to me seems a bit small. Does it make sense to the biking enthusiasts here on Y! Answers?
3 AnswersCycling8 years agoWhat is the difference between a personal foul and intentional foul in bball?
At the end of a bball game in which they're losing, teams start to foul in order to stop the clock, but even though they are "intentionally" fouling the other team, they only get called for personal fouls. What's up with that?

4 AnswersEnglish Football (Soccer)1 decade agoWhat new/surprise players should Bob Bradley call in next month?
Poland - 10/9
Colombia - 10/12
i'm thinking we might finally see jermaine jones and maybe a joyous charlie davies return? a couple other players bradley might consider:
danny mwanga - young american that could get a shot with the colombia game being in philly.
seb le toux - call me crazy, but there has been talk and he's obviously never been capped by france.
i know i'm union-biased but le toux is having an MVP-esque season and mwanga's goal is to be in the next world cup, and that starts here.

1 AnswerHigher Education (University +)1 decade agoCan someone tell me about Navy ROTC summer cruise?
Hi, I'm planning on applying to the navy ROTC program (Navy option) and I have some questions about the summer cruise.
When is it during the summer?
Do you have it during the summer before freshman year?
How long is it?
What do you do?
I already looked at the official site and wikipedia article on it, so please don't refer me to those. Thanks!
Military1 decade agoWhat do you think of the vuvuzelas?
in my opinion, they are a disgrace to the game. part of the environment is the chanting and singing and obviously no one can hear that beautiful noise with these kazoos on steroids. players, coaches, and fans alike have been complaining about them and it's time to take a stand. yeah, people say it's a part of south african culture, but so was discriminating against and killing black people and they did away with that horrible injustice, so why not this one?
9 AnswersFIFA World Cup (TM)1 decade agoCan you help me choose between these three summer reading books?
Alright so I have a choice between three summer reading books: Atonement by Ian McEwan, Ragtime by EL Doctorow, and Deliverance by James Dickey. Do you guys have any recommendations as to what book I should read? I'm really not too sure because I couldn't a good summary online for each, and I don't want to end up choosing a bad book. Any help would be great thanks.

3 AnswersSnow Skiing1 decade agoHow hard is it to learn basic french?
i'm a junior spanish student right now and i'm gonna be in the top spanish class at my school next year, and i'm thinking about taking french as an elective. the thing is, i feel like the french 1 class would be a waste of time, so i want to learn that over the summer and go into french 2 next year. my question is do you think it would be worthwhile to do this and do you think i could learn the basic stuff over the summer? i know they're pretty lofty ambitions but i think it'll help in college and getting a job.
