So I have chest pains but it only happens at night and sometimes in the morning but never during the day..it's in the middle of my chest any ideas? It's been like this for a month now I'm probably gonna go see a doctor soon..sometimes it hurts so bad I cry but not all the time

He asked me to take the plan b pill so I went to Walgreens with a friend and we couldn't find it then I told her that he didn't *** in Mr anyways and she's like oh well you'll be fine than so I didn't get it. My best friend hates my boyfriend....We dated before for 6 months and he was always kinda mean to her and I guess I never really stood up for her and she always complains to me about it and not to him. I guess she needs to stand up for herself but I just hate that they can't get along. She even told me before we started dating again that if I went back with him she'd stop talking to me but I know she can't do that and she didn't instead she made rules about it like she doesn't have to talk to him or see him and I can't talk about him to her. When were texting it's very boring conversations and we barley can keep it going for 10 minutes. Than recently I've started to talk to my ex we instantly started to click and talk about the past.
