Did Evans need to get ridiculously skinny then work out again to become huge like he is in the movie or is he edited to be either skinny or huge?

I understand stand that I could find this out just by watching the first movie (probably) but I already have 8 movies on my need to watch so I’m not watching all of the Incredible Hulk just to find out this one detail.

I have seen the movie and don’t know much about marvel, but I know that only Thor should be able to lit the hammer. So how is even thanos, and somehow cap America able to lift it? Is there an explanation in any of the movies or comics??

I heard a song while I was out and about and didn’t have my phone so i couldn’t use Shazam to find it out. It was a rock song, the instruments I can remember were Electric guitar (distorted). Vocals and drums. I assume their was a bass and I think there was a solo piano intro. The vocals sounded fairly clean with a male singer. The only lyrics I can remember are “I’m on my way”, “I’m a dreamer” and something about home. Their was an intense guitar solo. I known it isn’t much to go off but it’s all I can remeber. Oh and yeah darude sandstorm you’re so funny hahahahahah
