The L3 button doesn't work very well. For example, when I press L3 to sprint when I'm playing Call of Duty, my character won't sprint. But if I press L3 really hard, it works. Please tell me how to fix this.

I am trying to reformat an HP Media Center PC m1070n. I load the Winxp disc and delete all the partitions then I create a new one. I try to install Winxp on the partition, but after the setup finishes formatting the partition it says setup was unable to format the partition. The disk may be damaged.

I cant boot because i have not installed windows xp yet.
