  • How can I get rid of Cockroches without buying all those spray cans and/or a person to do it?

    I've noticed Cockroches all around in my bedroom that is where I keep my computer and pc desk next to my bed. They are little ones running around on the pc screen and some big ones across the desk some even I squish that I feel on my arm.

    I don't want to hire an exterminator and those cans do not last long or kill them. I need something long lasting.

    I live in a 4 plex apartment side by side so know it will be hard to do for I've talked with the people next to me and they have them too. I just CAN NOT stand the little Eicky bugs.

  • Just Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes now what?

    I've googled type 2 diabetes with thee millions of pages. I am only concerned because my doctor said that to me and walked away, didn't say anything else about what I should do. That really ticked me off but can't really change doctors because I am on Meda-cal. My HealthCareWorker said no meat and has been making me Chicken dishes for the past few months I am SICK of Chicken now. I never want to see another chicken in my life! I don't have a meter to see what my sugar level is and the doctor is so slow to get me a refurral it isn't funny.

    I need help on what to do? And anything that I can eat besides Chicken? Because i've been a big meat eater all my life.
