I want to bleach my bangs this weekend. However, my hair is a really dark brown color now. I dyed it black in early April and haven't dyed it since.

My hair is healthy and in good condition, so is it possible for me to bleach my hair successfully?

I bought a Splat bleaching kit earlier this month and plan to use that. I don't have much experience with that product but from reviews I've heard that it's good for bleaching small amounts of hair?

Do you think this will come out alright since I'm only doing a small portion of my hair?

We are searching for the most awesome epic fantasy. So far, we've narrowed it down to Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. We are critiquing based on the writing of the books, plot, themes, acting, and the sheer awesomeness of each. Any opinions would be appreciated.

We broke up because he refused to believe that I was telling the truth about something I said to one of my friends. My friend then joked about it to my boyfriend, making it sound much worse than it actually was, and worst of all, my friend jokingly said that I had come onto him, which I DID NOT. I tried to speak to him and explain the situation. He refused to believe me and called me a liar. We broke up. He knows what happened now and said he's sorry and wants to get back together with me, but I don't know what to do.

It worries me that his immediate reaction was to think I lied to him when I have never lied to him about anything in the 7 months we were dating.

I love alternative music, rock, metal, screamo, grunge. I like bands like Slipknot, Children of Bodom, Escape the Fate, Black Veil Brides, Arch Enemy, Avenged Sevenfold. I'm looking for some new songs/bands, but I can't really find any. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have an english essay due in a few weeks. I have to compare the book Troy by Adele Geras to another book. I am honestly at a loss for ideas. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some options/titles to compare it to and reasons why they are similar. Thanks so much!
